Class Updates

Our treasured pupils have begun on an enthralling journey into the world of coding during the course of this programme. Let me now present you to an amazing technology that can assist you in realising your coding dreams: MIT App Inventor. MIT App Inventor is a development environment for web applications. Prepare to be taken on a hands-on tour on how to make the most of it. Let us get started!

Our reliance on mobile phones and the regular usage of mobile apps has become second nature in today's world. But have you ever wondered where these mobile apps came from? They don't appear out of nowhere; rather, they are the outcome of a determined group of brilliant students who diligently learn while also incorporating their creative ideas into the process. Their mission is to create interesting, pleasant, and useful mobile apps for everyone.

As Program B came to a close, our students got the opportunity to delve deeply into the realm of mobile app development! Over the course of 24 classes, these students improved their coding skills and demonstrated their creative abilities by successfully completing a variety of projects, including Tour Buddy, Barcode & QR Scanner, Shaky Picky, and Zombie Shooter. Their passion and exceptional work have been amazing, and we look forward to watching them take their abilities to the next level!

We're overjoyed to hear of our children' outstanding achievements, and we can only imagine how much pride you, our parents, feel—perhaps even more than our own. Once again, we send our heartfelt congratulations to our students for their inventive efforts and exceptional talent in skillfully using their abilities to bring all of their ideas to completion!

Teacher Komathi

“As I reflect on Sun 2pm Prog B (Distinct) class, I'm filled with gratitude for each of my students and the incredible journey  we've embarked upon together . I started to teach some of them when they were in Program A. I've watched the students grow, not only academically but also as individuals with unique strengths and talents. Their enthusiasm for learning has been truly inspiring.

I would like to commend their hard work and dedication, particularly attending class on weekends even though the students have other activities to do. I have seen students attend class while travelling in their car or having lunch with family.  Their willingness to ask questions, collaborate, and support one another has created a vibrant and inclusive learning environment.

As we move forward, I encourage my students to keep exploring, questioning, and pursuing their passions. My advice for them will be "Don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone and take risks. Your potential is limitless, and I have no doubt that you will achieve great things. Always remember, education is a journey, and I'm here to support you every step of the way. Keep believing in yourselves, and know that you have the power to shape your future. I'm excited to see what the future holds for each of you, and I'm proud to have been a part of your educational journey. Keep up the outstanding work! "

Awareness Day

Malaysia Day, celebrated on September 16th, is an important event in Malaysia's history. It commemorates the formation of Malaysia in 1963 when Malaya (Peninsular Malaysia), Sabah, Sarawak, and Singapore came together to create one nation. Although Singapore later became independent, the celebration continues to honour the unity and diversity of these regions.

This special day is a reminder of Malaysia's rich cultural heritage. Malaysians, who come from various backgrounds like Malay, Chinese, Indian, and indigenous communities, celebrate their unique traditions and customs. You can see colourful parades, mesmerising fireworks, and captivating cultural performances during Malaysia Day festivities.

For students, Malaysia Day is a chance to learn about their nation's history and appreciate the unity that makes Malaysia so special. Parents and teachers can share stories, music, and delicious Malaysian cuisine to make this day educational and enjoyable for everyone. It's a time to cherish Malaysia's past and look forward to a harmonious future together.

Happenings in Telebort

DIY Project

We are excited to introduce our brand-new program called DIY Project. This innovative program offers a unique learning experience by combining on-demand learning with personalized paths. With DIY Project, students have the flexibility to learn and create at their own pace, wherever and whenever they want. Our goal is to break away from traditional learning methods and empower students to become creators, problem solvers, and innovators in the digital age.

The best part is that anyone can join this program without any prerequisites, and we have a team of experienced CS specialists to guide you along the way! You have the freedom to define your project timeline, whether it's publishing a mobile app on the Google Play Store or launching your own website with a custom domain. And once you're done, you can showcase your work in your own portfolio!

Self-paced Learning

It’s fairly simple; students will do the learning entirely on their own and our Computer Science (CS) specialists will do the backing up if needed. Students will gain full access to all 24 lessons and relevant materials of your selected Core Program. From here, they can start learning according to their own preferred time slots throughout the week!

If you need some guidance or have any questions to ask, students are most welcome to spend their Code Credits to book a Class Appointment with a dedicated CS specialist who will sit down to help you. 1 Code Credit equals 1 hour of a Class Appointment and each student gets a total of 12 Code Credits for self-paced learning!
