Learning and Class Management FAQs

Question 1 : If I am unable to make it to class, how?

Answer: Please do let us know a few days before if you are unable to make it to class that week. No worries if you cannot make it this Saturday/Sunday, you can refer back to the Dashboard for all the lesson materials. You can complete your homework on your own whenever you're free afterwards. Anything not sure can ask our instructor during the next lesson.

Question 2 : What happens if you have missed 1 lesson?

Answer: Please do let us know the reason of why you were not able to attend the lesson on the particular day. If you missed a lesson, you can refer back to the Dashboard for all the lesson materials. You can complete your homework on your own whenever you're free afterwards. Anything not sure can ask our instructor during the next lesson.

Question 3 : What if i have missed more than one lesson?

Answer: Please do inform us the dates of when you will be away and the reason(s). We will take note of that, please make sure that you refer to the Dashboard for lesson materials and class recordings so you will not be left behind. Anything not sure can ask our instructor during the next lesson.

Question 4 : What if i need to change my learning schedule?

Answer: Please do inform us the reason why you require a schedule change. We will take note of the changes. If you need to change your schedule, you can inform the teacher and discuss a new schedule based on mutual availability.

Question 5: What if it's a public holiday?

Answer: If a public holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the class will be postponed to the following week.

Question 6: What if I got a competition to attend?

Answer: Please state the dates of your competition. No worries if you cannot make it this Saturday/Sunday, you can refer back to the Dashboard for all the lesson materials. You can complete your homework on your own whenever you're free afterwards. Anything not sure can ask our instructor during the next lesson. All the best for your competition!

Question 7: Is there a schedule I need to follow when using Telebort?

Answer: Telebort offers flexibility! We have existing class times available, but you can also request a preferred schedule that works for you. We'll do our best to accommodate it.

Question 8: What happens if I miss the assessments?

Answer: No worries, a reminder message will be sent to you equipped with links to help you with your assessments. Here is an example message that you may receive if you have missed Quiz 2:

Question 9: What are the qualifications of Telebort’s teachers?

Answer: Telebort teachers come from the Computer Science & Mathematics background mainly from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). We have a variety of teachers from many states from all over Malaysia.

How to do the withdrawal from Telebort Course?

Dear Readers,

Telebort offers two withdrawal options for students enrolled in their programs:

• Mid-Program Withdrawal: This option allows a student to withdraw before the next class session. The student will not be enrolled in the following class. To avoid any confusion, we will remove the student from the current WhatsApp group. We hope that when the student is ready, he/she can continue his/her learning journey with us. Thank you so much for your kind support!
  
  
• After completion of course Withdrawal: This option allows a student to withdraw from the entire program. The student will be removed from the current WhatsApp group and will not be enrolled in future classes. Telebort wishes the student well in their future endeavors.
